A number of familiar faces have joined Messi in Florida following his stunning move to the United States in 2023. Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba arrived around the same time as the Argentine icon, while Luis Suarez has also been added to the ranks at DRV PNK Stadium.

It is now being suggested, by , that Coutinho is being lined up for a switch to America. The 31-year-old is currently in Qatar with Al-Duhail, but that loan deal could be ripped up as Premier League outfit Aston Villa look to push the South American in a different direction.

Coutinho is said to be open to the idea of moving to MLS and would help to provide experienced cover for the stricken Farias. He has worked with Messi and Co at Camp Nou in the past, and the ex-Liverpool playmaker could prove to be the perfect Plan B for David Beckham and Tata Martino in Miami.
